The Rangers opted to add infielder Max Acosta and Dominican pitchers Emiliano Teodo and Winston Santos to the 40 man roster ahead of the Rule 5 draft.
The Rangers also returned their 2023 Rule 5 pick, Carson Coleman, to the Yankees. Coleman did not pitch this year as he was recovering from Tommy John.
Baseball America’s list of players to know who are Rule 5 eligible and were left unprotected include two Texas Rangers.
