Who are your favorite offensive players in the 2025 NFL Draft?
The way the Dallas Cowboys 2024 played out this year caused many of us to start the draft process earlier than we normally would. While we are still several months away from the 2025 NFL Draft in April, there’s a good chance you already have favorites or “my guys” you’d like to see drafted by the Cowboys.
Today, I’m sharing a list of my favorites at each position on the offensive side of the ball. But, considering we are so early in the draft process, “my guys” for the Cowboys could change the closer we get to draft day.
QB – Tyler Shough, Louisville (6’4″, 225)
The Cowboys probably won’t use a draft pick on a developmental QB after making Dak Prescott the highest-paid player in the entire league not long ago, it wouldn’t be a complete surprise if they did that. In that scenario, Tyler Shough out of Louisville stands out. He’ll be entering the league as a 26-year-old rookie with injury concerns, but from his prototypical size and arm talent, he has a chance to develop into a future starter at some point in his career. At worst, he could have a long career as a backup in the league.
#Louisville QB Tyler Shough might be the most interesting non-1st round QB prospect in this class.
Will be a 26-yr old rookie, but he has a pro skill-set. Prototypical size (6045v, 225v), passing twitch and drive velocity. Late on this read, but that’s a 30-yd frozen rope. pic.twitter.com/YmqEvJZCdx

RB – RJ Harvey, UCF (5’9″, 210)
It’s no secret the Cowboys are in the market for a new RB1 and will likely address the position at some point in the 2025 NFL Draft, possibly in the first round. Drafting former Boise State RB Ashton Jeanty with the 12th overall pick is not out of the question, but they could wait a few rounds and select UCF RB RJ Harvey. He is somewhat similar to Jeanty in size and production, and had similar stats in the last two years in 10+ and 20+ yard runs as well as rushing TDs. Harvey is a complete back who could do it all as Dallas’ new RB1.
Based off what @seniorbowl has seen first month of season, most underrated RB in 2025 #NFL Draft right now is UCF’s R.J. Harvey.

WR – Savion Williams, TCU (6’3″, 228)
The Cowboys need to find someone to complement CeeDee Lamb in the passing game and the idea of pairing him with one of the most unique offensive weapons in the entire 2025 draft class, former TCU WR Savion Williams, is a solid idea. Williams is a do-it-all weapon who played a variety of roles at TCU and could do the same with the Cowboys. He can play all three WR positions, take handoffs out of the backfield, and even play wildcat QB (former high school QB). That kind of versatility can be used in a variety of ways.
#TCU WR Savion Williams is an NFL prospect who will gain steam throughout the draft process.
Freaky athlete for his size (6036v, 228v) with 40″ vert and 600 lbs squat (@BruceFeldmanCFB freak list alum).

TE – Terrance Ferguson, Oregon (6’5″, 255)
Jake Ferguson is coming off a down season where he struggled staying healthy and is also entering the final year of his rookie contract. While the Cowboys don’t necessarily need to address the TE position in the 2025 NFL Draft, it is a deep one they could capitalize on. Terrance Ferguson is a well-rounded TE prospect as both an in-line player and as a receiving threat. He could challenge for the starting job as a rookie, or at the very least significantly upgrade the depth at the position early on before taking over.
The @seniorbowl is looking live at Oregon vs. UCLA. For those who don’t stay up for late night West Coast games, here’s one of best & least talked about TE in 2025 draft class, Terrance Ferguson (6052v, 251v, 33 arm, 9 1/2 hand). iOL – Armand Membou, Missouri (6’3″, 315)
Armand Membou is someone who find himself in the first-round mix when the 2025 NFL Draft gets underway in April. It may be reach to take him with the 12th overall pick, but in a small trade-down scenario he could be an ideal fit with the Cowboys. He’s just 20 years old and has versatility to be a Day 1 starter on Dallas’ OL at either RG or RT. He is similar to Tyler Smith coming out of Tulsa. He’s still a little raw, but his talent is undeniable. He would inject some much-needed nastiness on the right side of the OL.
Armand Membou (OT #Missouri) is not getting nearly enough buzz
Densely built & powerful
Fluid athlete
Scheme/position versatility
20 years old*On 410 pass blocking snaps at RT*
➖ 9 pressures
➖ 0 sacksGood investment for your OL.

OT – Marcus Mbow, Purdue (6’5″, 300)
Much like Armand Membou, Marcus Mbow is also one of the more versatile and talented offensive lineman in the 2025 draft class. He too is capable of being a Day 1 starter at either RG or RT for the Cowboys as a rookie, and has the potential to be a significant upgrade at either position. He’s arguably the most athletically gifted offensive lineman in this year’s draft class and will likely be in the first-round conversation the closer we get to draft day in April. He’s another player Dallas could target in a trade-down scenario.
#Purdue OL Marcus Mbow announces that he’s entering the 2025 NFL draft. A prospect that many scouts are already excited about.
