Did Alabama have something to do with this?
An elephant named Msholo recently put some of the creature’s very thick skin in the game after he chose the No. 4 seeded Arizona State to beat the No. 5 Texas Longhorns in the College Football Playoff’s quarterfinals round this weekend. We have some serious questions.
First of all, did the Alabama Crimson Tide have anything to do with this? You can’t rule them out, especially while the program is sitting at home during the CFP with its first-year head coach.
Next, what’s Msholo’s gambling history? Does the elephant have some type of betting problem? We’re also not ready to rule out the fact that Msholo owes money to organized crime. (Are the Russians involved?)
Lastly, who would win in a fight between Msholo and Bevo? Which of the animals has more reach on the other? Eight rounds in Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium will provide us answers.
Bonus round… if Texas wins, can we still claim that elephants are wise? Consider us skeptical.
Stay alert, folks. Do your research.
