Former UCF guard Ithiel Horton has committed to Texas, he announced Thursday.
The 6-foot-5 graduate transfer lands at his fourth school after starting his collegiate career at Delaware, Pitt, and then UCF where he averaged 12.3 points, 3.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game last season.
Horton was scheduled to visit Kansas on Thursday, according to On3 Sports, but committed to Texas on site after visiting this past week.
Horton is the fifth player to transfer to Texas this season, joining former Oral Roberts star Max Abmas, Virginia forward Kadin Shedrick, Ze’Rik Onyema (UTEP), and Chendall Weaver (UT-Arlington).
