The ESPN analyst minced no words
ESPN’s Southeastern Conference analyst Paul Finebaum was among the cast of college football’s talking-heads who went in to pick the meat off of Michigan’s bones so far this week following the Wolverines’ loss at the Big House to the Texas Longhorns last weekend.
Naturally, Finebaum spared no punches.
“That was just an inexcusable performance,” Finebaum said on ESPN earlier this week. “I realize they were playing Texas, which is a very, very good team, if not a great team. But you’re at home, you’re the reigning national champions, show up at least! Texas beat them up and down the field on both sides of the line. Truly embarrassing. I’m sure somewhere Jim Harbaugh was saying, ‘Hey! I made a pretty good decision to get out of here, didn’t I?’”

Texas will look to take on UTSA this weekend before beginning SEC play.
Michigan will face Arkansas State.
