Quinn Ewers and the Texas Longhorns are expected to contend for a conference championship and College Football Playoff berth in their first season in the SEC.
Texas, which reached the College Football Playoff in 2023, losing to Washington, is opening the 2024 regular season ranked inside the top five. The Longhorns will look to challenge Georgia at the top of the conference.
On Sunday, Ewers appeared on Barstool Sports’ “Sundae Conversation” show with former North Carolina walk-on quarterback Caleb Pressley.
During the interview, Ewers, who is likely playing his final season of college football at Texas, revealed that he’s dating a girl who attends Oklahoma.
Ewers, who’s among those battling for the Heisman Trophy in 2024, went public with his Oklahoma Sooners girlfriend on social media earlier this year.
“We gonna ignore the fact that shes a sooner?” one fan wrote.
“any other Texas gals crying rn,” one fan added.
“Hold me like that Quinn,’ one fan added.
Ewers’ girlfriend, Mady Barnes, has a big following on social media. She’s a member of Oklahoma’s Chi Omega sorority.
