One of the top wide receiver recruits in the country has reportedly narrowed down his list of favorite schools to three.
Per On3.com, “Uncommitted 5-star WR Jaime Ffrench ranked Texas, LSU, and Miami as the top schools in his recruitment at the @On3Elite Series in Nashville, TN.”
“Texas is No. 1. LSU is No. 2. Miami is No. 3,” the Jacksonville, Florida native told the publication.
Ffrench is widely considered a top-five receiver in the 2025 class. The Mandarin High School star has received offers from Ohio State and Tennessee, on top of the three programs he’s already mentioned.
Many actually had the adidas All-American going to Ryan Day and the Buckeyes after he was recruited by Brian Hartline. But he’s yet to take an official visit to Columbus’ campus (unlike all the others).
If Ffrench finds himself in Austin, that would be another tremendous get for Steve Sarkisian’s Longhorns. With Arch Manning set to take the reigns of the offense next season, there’s a ton of excitement surrounding UT’s present and future.
No matter where he goes the 6-foot-1, 185-pound receiver will likely make an impact. With many saying he can eventually develop into a go-to No. 1 target at the Power 5 level.
