The Horned Frogs move to 21-7 overall and 13-5 in the Big 12 with the NCAA Tournament on the horizon.
Preseason Big 12 Player of the Year Melanie Parra was the star of the show on Friday evening, when the No. 22 ranked TCU volleyball team scored a four-set win against Cincinnati to conclude the regular season with a victory. Parra finished with 32 points in the match, totaling 24 kills, 13 digs and six aces as the Horned Frogs defeated the Bearcats 28-26, 25-18, 21-25, 25-20 on the road. TCU (21-7, 13-5 Big 12) clinched a fifth-place finish in the conference and will now await its seed and destination for the 2024 NCAA Tournament.

The Horned Frogs hit. 481 in the fourth and final set to close out their road victory on Friday. Jalyn Gibson posted a double-double with 13 kills and 16 digs, while Stephanie Young and Lily Nicholson combined for 47 assists to captain the TCU offense. Young collected a season-high 27 assists and Nicholson added 20 assists with eight digs. Freshman Evan Hendrix collected seven kills on a .357 hitting rate to aid the Horned Frog attack in the win.

Sarah Sylvester controlled the block on the front line, sending away a season-high 11 blocks to hold down the middle and outside hitters for the Bearcats. Freshman libero Alice Volpe anchored the back-row defense for the Horned Frogs, tying for the team lead with 16 digs. Jalyn Gibson added a season-high nine blocks for the TCU squad, which totaled 30 blocks against the Cincinnati offense. The Horned Frogs had 58 kills and eight aces in the match.
