Melanie Parra was named the Conference Player of the Year.
The TCU women’s volleyball team had four athletes earn All-Big 12 honors for their efforts this season. Melanie Parra received the most significant award, as the senior outside hitter was named the Big 12 Conference Player of the Year and a First Team All-Big 12 honoree. Parra, who was named the Preseason Big 12 Conference Player of the Year, has compiled 620.5 points, 531 kills and 55 service aces, all of which lead the Horned Frogs this season.

Jalyn Gibson was named to the All-Big 12 First Team for the first time in her career. The junior outside hitter, who was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team last season, has totaled 432 points, 367 kills, 310 digs and 69 total blocks for the Horned Frogs this season. Two TCU athletes, freshman libero Alice Volpe and redshirt freshman outside hitter Becca Kelley, were named to the All-Big 12 Rookie Team this season. Volpe has collected 282 digs and 65 assists. The former Oregon transfer Kelley has 238 points, 207 kills and 59 digs.
