Providence transfer Jayden Pierre is headed to TCU, a source confirmed.
The 6-foot-2 Elizabeth, N.J. native and former Long Island Lutheran guard averaged 12.3 points, 3.2 assists and 2.8 rebounds for the Friars while shooting 34% from deep.
He scored a season-high 24 points in a loss to UConn on Jan. 5.

Pierre is a former four-star recruit who’s played his entire three-year career for the Friars. He’s a native of Elizabeth, New Jersey.

He initially committed to Providence in 2021 over Minnesota and Xavier.
Pierre joins transfer point guard Brock Harding, who averaged 8.8 points and 5.3 assists per game last season at Iowa.
