One of the biggest stories of the 2022 college football season was the remarkable rise of TCU quarterback Max Duggan, who led the Horned Frogs all the way to the national title game. Now that he’s vying for an NFL career, a few teams have emerged as potential suitors.
In a recent interview with NFL reporter Jane Slater, Duggan revealed that three teams have expressed interest in him during his recent Pro Day. Those three teams are the Dallas Cowboys, Los Angeles Chargers and the New York Jets.
Obviously that doesn’t mean that a fourth team won’t come in and scoop him up during the 2023 NFL Draft. But it may be a little telling which teams are interested right now.
From the looks of things on social media, Cowboys and Jets fans seem on board with making him a late-round draft pick. Chargers fans, on the other hand, want no part of him if it in any way threatens Justin Herbert:
Definitely at least an early day 3 pick. Don’t overthink this @nyjets

Max Duggan was a fringe NFL prospect during his first three years at TCU. But the 2022 season saw him emerge as one of the best quarterbacks in college football.
Duggan completed 63.7-percent of his passes for 3,698 yards and 32 touchdowns with eight interceptions. He finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting behind Caleb Williams.
Duggan does have his limitations though and didn’t exactly light it up during the NFL Combine. He won’t be a first-round pick and may not go until late in Day 2 at the earliest.
Where do you think Max Duggan will go?
