The Red Rifle will continue to serve as a mentor for young quarterback Bryce Young.
Former TCU quarterback Andy Dalton will be staying with the Carolina Panthers after reportedly agreeing to a two-year, $8 million extension that includes $6 million guaranteed and a maximum value of $10 million. Dalton will continue to work alongside former first-rounder Bryce Young, who took a step forward during the 2024-25 season after a shaky rookie campaign. Dalton has spent his last two seasons with the Panthers, throwing for 1,350 yards and nine touchdowns with six interceptions over that two-year period.
