The redshirt freshman departs after two seasons with the Horned Frogs.
TCU redshirt freshman offensive lineman Mike Stoker has reportedly entered the transfer portal after two seasons with the Horned Frogs. A former three-star recruit from South Oak Cliff in Dallas, Texas, Stoker did not see game action over each of the last two seasons. Stoker had originally committed to SMU before flipping and signing with TCU in 2022. Jeremy Clark of the news outlet HornedFrogBlitz was first to report Stoker’s departure.

Stoker held offers from TCU, SMU, Purdue and others before choosing to sign with the Horned Frogs. The 6-foot-5, 305-pounder from Dallas becomes the 14th member of the 2024 TCU football roster to enter the transfer portal this offseason. Stoker is the third offensive lineman to depart from the program, following senior Marcus Williams and former Alabama offensive lineman James Brockermeyer, who has now committed to Miami.
