TCU senior defensive lineman and Fort Worth native NaNa Osafo-Mensah announced earlier this month that he will declare for the 2025 NFL Draft after one season with the Horned Frogs. The former Notre Dame transfer signed with TCU last year and was an immediate contributor during the 2024 season, recording a career-high 38 total tackles along with 8.5 tackles for loss and three sacks. The 6-foot-3, 255-pounder earned an All-Big 12 Honorable Mention and helped lead the Horned Frogs to a 9-4 overall record and 6-3 conference mark.
Osafo-Mensah started his collegiate career at Notre Dame, where he registered 47 total tackles and five sacks over four seasons before transferring and finishing his career at TCU. A four-star recruit out of Nolan Catholic, Osafo-Mensah appeared in 52 games collegiate games including 13 with the Horned Frogs. The senior defensive lineman had at least one tackle for loss in seven of the team’s 13 contests in 2024. Osafo-Mensah wreaked havoc during TCU’s season-opening win over Stanford, finishing with four quarterback hits.
