The 6-foot-5 245-pound TE from Monroe, LA joined the Horned Frogs ahead of the 2021 season following three seasons at Mississippi State. During his two seasons in Fort Worth, Spivey played in 25 games, with 14 receptions for 145 yards and a touchdown. Spivey transferred back to the Bulldogs for the 2023 season, but his waiver was denied by the NCAA and he did not see game action last season. Spivey will join fellow former Horned Frog Jared Wiley in the Chiefs’ Tight End room, along with running back Emani Bailey and offensive lineman Lucas Niang.
