Entering TCU as the top rated defensive prospect of the Horned Frogs’ 2016 recruiting class, Blacklock made a huge impact in his redshirt freshman campaign, earning Freshman All-American honors by playing all season and compiling 22 tackles (4.5 for loss) and two sacks, including five tackles and a game-best two tackles for loss in the Frogs Alamo Bowl win over the Stanford Cardinal. He would miss the entire 2018 season due to an Achilles injury suffered in fall camp just ahead of the season opener. Blacklock would return with a force in 2019, earning First Team All-Big 12 leading the Horned Frogs in sacks. The Missouri City, TX native would return to his hometown as a member of the Houston Texans, selected with 40th overall pick in the Second Round of the 2020 NFL Draft.

After two seasons at Stephen F. Austin, Caleb Fox joined up with Sonny Dykes and the new regime at TCU ahead of the 2022 season. Fox has seen the field in every game in his two seasons with the Horned Frogs, totaling 56 total tackles and two sacks, including a tackle for loss in the Fiesta Bowl CFP Semifinal win over the Michigan Wolverines. Fox is expected to compete for a starting role along the defensive line in 2024.
