Joe Noteboom arrived at TCU as a 260-pound three-star defensive end prospect out of Plano, ranked outside the top 800 nationally in the class of 2013, and developed into a 320-pound offensive tackle for some of the most prolific Horned Frogs offenses of all time. After redshirting in 2013, Noteboom would play in every single game the next four seasons, starting all 40 games of his sophomore through senior seasons. Noteboom played in four straight bowl games for the Frogs, spanning the Trevone Boykin & Kenny Hill eras: the Peach Bowl, two Alamo Bowls, and a Liberty Bowl.
A participant in the Senior Bowl and NFL combine after his tenure in Fort Worth, Noteboom was selected by the Los Angeles Rams in the 3rd Round of the 2018 NFL Draft. He has played in 67 games with the Rams, starting 31 including starting and playing every offensive snap of the Rams win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the Divisional Round of the Playoffs in 2022 as the Rams would go on to win Super Bowl LVI
