Fort Worth native and Nolan Catholic graduate NaNa Osafo-Mensah returns home for his sixth collegiate season after five years with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. A four-star defensive end in the Class of 2019, he was coveted by every program nationally out of high school. In those five years in South Bend, Osafa-Mensah accumulated 48 total tackles with five sacks and a forced fumble, with his best season coming in 2023 where he put up three sacks and 5.5 tackles for loss. Joining a Horned Frogs defense under new coordinator Andy Avalos, Osafo-Mensah looks to contribute to the rebuilt defensive front, projected to join Paul Oyewale at the defensive end spot.
