RB Matthew Tucker ranks third all-time for career rushing touchdowns in TCU history
29 | RB Matthew Tucker (2009-2012)
A three-star prospect in the Class of 2009 out of Tyler, TX, Matthew Tucker would be an immediate contributor for the Horned Frogs, playing in every game for four seasons and rushing for over 500 yards each year helping TCU win three consecutive Mountain West Conference Championships, reaching two BCS Bowls. Although always part of a committee in the Frogs backfield – he was only credited with 13 career starts – Tucker still accumulated over 2,600 career yards and his 33 career rushing touchdowns ranks third most all-time in program history, behind only Lonta Hobbs & LaDainian Tomlinson. An Honorable Mention for the 2011 All-MWC team, his junior campaign featured a team-leading 12 touchdowns.
