The Frogs finished second in the Big 12 and won the National Invitational Championship.
TCU Men’s Swimming and Diving had a very successful 2023-2024 season that finished with a National Invitational Championship win. The Frogs also had a great showing in the Big 12 Championships, finishing in second place overall.

The regular season started with a trip to Florida for a four-team meet at the FSU Classic in Tallahassee. Piotr Sadlowski picked up a win for the Frogs in the 100-yard fly thanks to a great time of 47.96. Kito Camossato finished first in the 100-yard breaststroke in his Horned Frog debut with a very solid time of 55.43. The Frogs opened up their Big 12 schedule in their next meet with a 200-172 win over BYU in Fort Worth. The Frogs took all three podium spots in the 100-yard breaststroke with Jadon Wuilliez, Camossato and Nikola Koltin taking first, second and third respectively. Geremia Freri took first in the 1000-yard freestyle for the Frogs with a solid time of 9:16.55. Elliot Dillon was the next TCU winner as he placed first in platform diving with a score of 274.85. Freri picked up his second win of the day in the 400-yard individual medley thanks to a great time of 3:52.44. The TCU 200-yard medley relay team took first place with a time of 1:27.52. Olivar Cazaly picked up a win in the 1 meter dive for the Frogs with a score of 324.10 before Milan Fabian earned first in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:39.32. The final winner of the day for the Frogs was Edgar Cicanci who won the 100-yard backstroke with a time of 48.55.
The Frogs first conference loss of the season came at the hands of the Texas Longhorns in Austin in the next meet by a score of 191.5-100.5. TCU bounced back excellently in their next meet in Columbia, Missouri, in a field of five teams. Fabian earned a win for the Frogs in the 500-yard freestyle thanks to an outstanding time of 4:22.24. Cazaly was the second Frog to earn gold as he took first place in the 1-meter dive with a score of 330.85 and then went on to win the 3-meter with a score of 364.05. Freri picked up an individual win in the 400 yard individual medley with a time of 3:49.85 and then was a part of the 800 yard freestyle relay team along with Fabian, Luke Dimiceli and Nick Rozenberg that took first with a time of 6:25.83.
The next meet was Senior Day in Fort Worth against Texas A&M where the Frogs dropped a tough one by a score of 175-125. The 200-yard medley relay team of Cicanci, Wuilliez, Sadlowski and Raphael Pavia Da Lima gave the Frogs a win in the first event thanks to a time of 1:27.73. Dimiceli picked up the first solo win of the meet for TCU in the 200-yard freestyle behind a time of 1:37.80. Wuilliez was the next to finish first for the Frogs as he won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 53.31. Freri earned a win in the 200-yard butterfly with a strong time of 1:47.36. Pavia Da won the 50-yard freestyle for the Frogs behind a time of 20.78. Camassoto was the final winner for TCU as he earned gold in the 200-yard breaststroke thanks to a good time of 1:55.88.
The Frogs traveled back down to Austin to close out the regular season and lost to the Longhorns again. Camossoto had a strong showing despite the loss with wins in both the 100-meter breaststroke and 200-meter breaststroke thanks to times of 1:02.72 and 2:16.71 respectively. The Frogs had a solid showing in the Sterkel Classic the next day in Austin. Dimiceli was the first to pick up a win for the Frogs as he took home gold in the 200-yard individual medley with a time of 1:46.52. Sadlowksi earned a first place finish in the 200-yard butterfly with a very strong time of 1:47.01. Freri won the 200-yard freestyle behind a time of 1:37.89. Camassoto continued his dominant stretch with a win in the 100-yard breaststroke thanks to a time of 53.82. Cicanci was the final winner of the meet for the Frogs in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:46.40.
TCU kicked off their postseason with a trip to Morgantown, West Virginia for the Big 12 Championships. Cicanci, Wuilliez, Sadlowski and Paiva Da earned the first medal of the week for the Frogs with a bronze in the 200-yard medley relay. The Frogs also collected a silver in team diving and 800-yard freestyle relay. Sadlowski earned an individual medal with a third place finish in the 100-yard butterfly thanks to a strong time of 46.33. Cicanci, Wuilliez, Sadlowski and Paiva Da won their second medal as a relay team in the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:07.77 that landed them in second place. Wuilliez picked up a bronze medal thanks to his time of 52.29 in the 100-yard breaststroke. Cicanci earned an individual bronze medal thanks to a great time of 46.63 in the 100-yard backstroke. Camassoto closed out the week for the Frogs with a bronze medal in the 200-yard breaststroke that helped secure a second place finish for the team at the Big 12 Championships.

The Frogs closed out the season strong with a win at the National Invitational Championship meet. Freri continued his great season with a win in the 200-yard individual medley behind a time of 1:44.64. The relay team of Cicanci, Wuilliez, Sadlowski and Paiva Da won the 400-yard medley relay with a solid time of 3:09.62. Nigel Forbes, Wuilliez, Sadlowski and Peter Horton took gold in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:25.01. Sadlowski went on to earn an individual gold in the 100-yard butterfly thanks to a great time of 46.75. Aaron Wilmes picked up a win for the Frogs in the 1000-yard freestyle behind a time of 9:14.94. Freri earned the final gold medal of the meet for the Frogs in the 100-yard individual medley thanks to a time of 47.72.

The Frogs will look to build off of their 2023-2024 success as they project to be a contender for the Big 12 Championship especially with the departure of the 2023-2024 champion Longhorns to the SEC.
