With Luka and Kyrie having suffered injuries of late, how have their respective All-Star bids been impacted?
Kicking off the New Year, the NBA revealed the first fan results for All-Star 2025, with Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving making some noise. With the 2025 NBA All-Star game set to take place on February 16th at the Chase Center in San Francisco, it’s no surprise that we’ve already reached the point where the NBA has already tallied the second wave of fan voting returns.
Once again leading the Eastern Conference (and overall voting) is Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Milwaukee Bucks, now with 2,721,339 fan votes. Maintaining his lead in the Western Conference is Nikola Jokic, now with 2,277,723. Jason Tatum is the only other player to have yet broken the 2-million vote mark as yet, with 2,224,086.
Giannis Antetokounmpo and Nikola Jokić continue to lead their respective conferences in the second fan returns of #NBAAllStar Voting presented by AT&T.
Fans account for 50% of the vote to decide All-Star starters. Players and a media panel account for 25% each.

General Assessments
- Nothing has changed in the Western Conference Frontcourt, with the exception of Victor Wembanyama moving up one spot to #4 to take over Anthony Davis who previously held the spot.
- The Eastern Conference Frontcourt was largely unchanged until you get down to spots 8-10. After the first fan vote, 8-10 were Joel Embiid, Paul George, Evan Mobley. Mobley has now jumped both 6ers to shift the order to Mobley, Embiid, George.
- Aside from the aforementioned flip-flop of Luka Donic and Stephen Curry, the Western Conference Guards remains unchanged.
- The Eastern Conference Guards sees the most change. The top 5 remain unchanged, but the bottom 5 sees some shifting. Previously spots 5-10 were occupied by Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Maxey, Jordan Poole, Tyler Herro and Derrick White. After the second fan vote, Darius Garland breaks through at the #9 spot, with Derrick White falling out of the top 10.
