The NFL’s past and current best quarterbacks took part in some of the NBA Finals pre-game hype by taking sides before Game 1.
A recent video by the Boston Celtics shows Tom Brady – a longtime Massachusetts resident – taking the Celtics to win it all. “Really?! You want Boston? Take it from me. That’s a bad idea,” Brady says in a new video.

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, a Texas native, did a video for the Dallas Mavericks in which he picked his home state’s team to take home the Larry O’Brien Championship Trophy.
“If you don’t believe in winning this title, you shouldn’t be here,” the three-time Super Bowl MVP says.

Patrick Mahomes and Tom Brady crossed paths several times throughout their NFL careers, most notably in Super Bowl LV, when Brady led the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to a dominating title win over Mahomes and company.
As a result, there’s been no shortage of people stating that the Celtics are destined to beat the Mavs because Brady beats Mahomes on the biggest stages.
But it won’t be Brady and Mahomes out on the hardwood for the next few weeks. Luka Doncic, Jayson Tatum, Kyrie Irving, Kristaps Porzingis, Jaylen Brown and others will be the deciding factors in this series.
