Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has made it abundantly clear over the past few months that he’s not a fan of Donald Trump.
Back in June, Cuban called Trump a “liar” during his debate with Joe Biden. He then accused the mainstream media of protecting Trump, tweeting, “No question, the MSM protects the republican candidate by not reporting on what he literally says. If anyone else used the exact same language, they would dismiss them as incoherent, senile, incompetent or worse.” That’s not all Cuban had to say about the Republican nominee.
Cuban has also said that he won’t vote for Trump because he can’t support “anyone that doesn’t believe climate change is real.”
With that said, Cuban has been very supportive of Kamala Harris this year. He has made it known that he’ll vote for her in the upcoming election.
Speaking of the upcoming election, Cuban was asked about it during an appearance on Shannon Sharpe’s “Cub Shay Shay” podcast.
Believe it or not, Cuban said Trump is a “threat” to America.
“If you don’t think Donald Trump is a threat, you don’t think this is the most important election,” Cuban said. “I’ve known him for 25 years, I don’t trust him. I I don’t think he’s moral, I don’t think he’s ethical, I’ve seen him rip people off, I don’t believe pretty much anything he says, and so I’ve been trying to support Kamala.”
Cuban admit in a previous interview that he initially supported Trump. His stance changed once he got to truly know the 45th president of the United States.
“I was like, he’s great; he’s not a typical Stepford candidate. I thought that was a positive,” Cuban said. “But then I got to know him.”
There’s no doubt that Cuban will bring up Trump’s name at least a few more times between now and November 5.
If Trump loses the election, Cuban may just take a victory lap.
