The Dallas Mavericks became Western Conference champions on Thursday.
They defeated the Minnesota Timberwolves in five games of the Western Conference Finals and will now play the Boston Celtics in the NBA Finals. The Mavs are trying to win their first NBA title since 2011.
Luka Doncic had an incredible Game 5, finishing with 36 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists. He was fired up at the end of the game and so was his fiancee, Anamaria Goltes.
She posted a photo with a caption to her Instagram story of the team celebrating winning the West and it read in English, “Well done love, your boys are proud of you to heaven.”

Doncic and Goltes have been engaged since last July when the former proposed to the latter in Slovenia. It came just several months after the two had their first child together, a daughter named Gabriela.
They’re still going very strong and are set to get married in the future.
In the meantime, Doncic will try and win his first NBA title when the NBA Finals begin in Boston next Thursday, Jun. 6.
