In case you missed it, Luka was the player of the month for the Western Conference in February. Well deserved after Mavericks went 8-3 and he racked up a historic birthday triple double.

Luka’s technical from yesterday vs Philly was rescinded (As it should have been). There was no need for Justin Van Duyne to have gone there. It’s the 2nd technical that has been rescinded this year leaving him with 13 for the season, three shy of producing a one game suspension – 4:55 PM

Sharpest play of Sixers-Mavs to me (surprise, surprise — includes Nico Batum):
Batum audibles Reed out of the action so he can draw Luka into the play. He knows Mavs will switch and double to help Luka.

Taking on the vaunted duo of Luka Doncic and Kyrie Irving for the Mavericks, the Sixers did a solid job of containing the supporting cast and they walked away with a 120-116 victory. It was an impressive effort for everybody involved as Philadelphia received 28 points and five rebounds out of Tobias Harris who was tough to stop all day long. -via Sixers Wire / March 3, 2024
