Dwight Powell has agreed to re-sign with the Dallas Mavericks on a three-year contract worth $12 million. Powell will be part of the Mavs center rotation with Richaun Holmes and 2023 first-round pick Dereck Lively II.
Powell is the longest-tenured current Maverick. This upcoming season will be his 10th in Dallas. The Mavs originally acquired Powell from the Boston Celtics in 2015, in the same where Dallas acquired Rajon Rondo.
