The Rangers have agreed to a minor league contract with utilityman Sam Haggerty, reports Jon Heyman of the New York Post. The Rangers announced that they have signed right-hander Matt Festa to a minor league deal. The Beverly Hills Sports Council client will be in camp as a non-roster invitee.
